MANAGING PARTNER🌿Michelle Collett
Michelle Collett blends retail leadership, design sensibility, and business strategy to lead Set The Stage Northwest Arkansas. Before founding STS NWA, she managed multimillion-dollar programs at Walmart, shaping customer experiences that reached millions.
Today, she curates spaces that help homes sell faster and rentals perform stronger — combining creative vision with a love for storytelling through design.
Michelle leads the creative direction, marketing, and client experience side of the business, turning houses into homes that feel intentional and inspired.

MANAGING PARTNER🧭Adriaan Fourie
Adriaan Fourie brings over two decades of experience in technology, finance, and program management as the strategic and operational backbone of Set The Stage Northwest Arkansas. Having led multiple businesses across software, retail, and franchising, he builds the systems that make creativity scale.
Adriaan oversees operations, logistics, and financial planning, ensuring every project runs smoothly from warehouse to walkthrough. His entrepreneurial drive and process discipline keep STS NWA running with both heart and precision.
